General Overview
Bhairava Yoga is proud to present our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (ATTC-200) under the license of Agama Yoga. This training course will be held in the European location of Estonia, which presents a wonderful opportunity for anyone who always wanted to become a certified Yoga teacher. The course is open both to those completely new to Yoga as well as advanced Yoga practitioners. The Yoga Teacher Training Course will take place in a beautiful countryside location at a resort by the sea coast, surrounded by forests and lush nature. The course fees include all accommodation, meals, and basic needs. In addition, extracurricular activities will be offered, such as horseback riding, kayaking, and much more. Our Yoga TTC includes all the fundamental Yoga teaching pedagogy and methodology, anatomy instruction, corrections instruction, and practicum training, just as in Agama Yoga’s 500-hour Agama TTC (ATTC-500). It is especially suitable for people who long to teach Yoga but who could not until now consider attending Agama Yoga’s 12-week full-spectrum ATTC-500 in Thailand, due to numerous factors such as strong integration in their communities, jobs, or families. Our 200-hour Teacher Training Course provides:
The course also includes a series of extraordinary commentary by Swami Vivekananda on the essence of Karma Yoga and teaching as revealed in the Bhagavad Gita, in addition to other exclusive lectures. You will also meet and learn from a network of experienced teachers, who will convey their teaching expertise to you through personal interviews as well as daily-guided Hatha Yoga classes. Daily teaching workshops (weeks 3-5 of the program), critiqued by your peers and facilitated by a senior Agama teacher, will help build your confidence and competence as a teacher.
This five-week course will offer the same intensity, ensure the same high-quality teachings, and rely on the same curriculum basis and format as the Agama 500-hour ATTC. However, it will certify new graduates with a more limited teaching charter (A-level): the ability to teach the full Agama Yoga Level 1 curriculum. ATTC-200 teachers who may later wish to have their teaching charter expanded to match ATTC-500 levels would need to enroll in upgrade training, which will be offered periodically (for example, once per two years with minimum enrollment required in order to hold the course). The Agama Yoga 500-hour TTC is well known as a profound transformational experience for aspiring Yoga teachers. Since its debut in 2005, it has been a great success, shepherding numerous Yoga enthusiasts – both entirely new to Yoga and experienced in other traditions – to new vocations as confident and harmonious Yoga teachers. We are certain that this new course, the ATTC-200, will be just as soul-inspiring, helping those who wish to teach to share the light, truth, and beauty of Yoga... |
