2011 Course DetailsDates and Arrival
25 July - 28 August, 2011 (five weeks, arrival to the venue on Monday; teachings beginning on a Tuesday; thereafter Monday through Saturday only with Sunday reserved as a holiday). All participants need to make their own way to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. There are excellent flight, train and boat services available. On 25 July the whole group will meet up in a location in Tallinn (announced to all participants), and from there a bus will be arranged to take you to the island of Saaremaa, to our venue. LocationThis course - the first Agama TTC to be based in Europe! - will be held in the picturesque surrounds of the beautiful Estonian countryside, on the island of Saaremaa. The gorgeous setting, featuring lush forests, lakes, rivers, and beaches, will let participants relax in a natural and pure environment which supports their intense spiritual studies yet allows them time to enjoy some summer fun with their colleagues as well.
The ATTC-200 will be held at Anni Talu, a recreational farm resort in the village of Tammise by the seaside of Saaremaa, a large island off the west coast of Estonia. Anni Talu is a historical complex with botanical gardens, a bonfire area, pastures, two saunas including one with outside Jacuzzi, country-style accommodation buildings, and an excellent vegetarian cook on staff. The facility provides the opportunity for plenty of leisure activities, such as horseback riding, sea kayaking, guided tours of a nearby castle and old windmills, etc. The rural atmosphere is extremely peaceful and our group will have exclusive use of the resort.
